Welcome to TAKERS, INC. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms:
 

1. Services

TAKERS, INC. provides towing, private property impound (PPI), roadside assistance, and asset recovery services (“Services”). Service availability depends on vehicle accessibility, traffic conditions, weather, and other external factors. TAKERS, INC. reserves the right to refuse or delay service for safety or legal reasons.

2. Service Requests & Payments

  • All service requests must be accurate and complete.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment via cash, debit card, or credit card.

  • By requesting service, you authorize TAKERS, INC. to charge the agreed service fee, including any applicable mileage, storage, or after-hours rates.

  • Prices may vary based on location, time, distance, or service type.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers, property owners, and/or property managers must provide safe, legal, and unobstructed access to vehicles.

  • They are responsible for any parking violations, fees, or legal obligations related to the vehicle.

  • Customers must not provide false information, misrepresent ownership, or instruct TAKERS, INC. to act in violation of the law.

  • TAKERS, INC. is not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from inaccurate information or unsafe conditions.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

TAKERS, INC. will exercise reasonable care in the handling, towing, storage, and transport of vehicles. However:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, personal property left inside vehicles, or loss caused by weather, vandalism, or factors beyond our control.

  • By requesting or authorizing service, the customer, property manager, and/or lienholder represents that they have lawful authority to do so and agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAKERS, INC., its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, or legal actions arising out of:

    • Ownership disputes, improper authorization, or false information;

    • Pre-existing vehicle damage or concealed defects; and

    • Property damage or injury resulting from unsafe conditions at the service location.

  • TAKERS, INC. acts solely as an independent service provider and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or representations of the property owner, client, or lienholder requesting service.

5. Service Refusals & Cancellations

  • TAKERS, INC. may refuse or cancel service if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or if ownership or authorization cannot be verified.

  • Cancellations must be communicated promptly. Fees may apply once an operator has been dispatched or has arrived on scene.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, forms, and materials (including logos, images, rates, and documentation templates) are the property of TAKERS, INC. and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Kansas law.
 

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
